The short version: We don't use cookies or third-party trackers. We only collect your email if you request a sample or make a purchase, and we only use it to send you exactly what you asked for. All our infrastructure is hosted securely in Europe.

1. No Cookies & No User Tracking

This website does not use cookies or tracking pixels. We rely exclusively on our own self-hosted analytics infrastructure to monitor aggregate page views. We do not track individual users, we do not profile your browsing behavior, and we never share session data with third parties. Because we do not use non-essential cookies, we do not require a cookie consent banner.

2. What data we collect & Legal Basis

We collect personally identifiable information (PII) in only two scenarios, strictly adhering to GDPR guidelines:

When you request a sample: We collect your email address to deliver the data file and a brief follow-up. (Legal basis: Legitimate Interest).
When you purchase a license: We collect billing details necessary to process the transaction, issue an invoice, and deliver the dataset. (Legal basis: Performance of a Contract).

3. How we process and share data

We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties. All our data is stored securely on our own leased server architecture in Europe.

Product & Sample Delivery: We use our own infrastructure to send you the free sample.
Payments (Merchant of Record): All payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), who acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales. They handle the secure delivery of your files and receipts via email and are fully GDPR compliant. We never see or store your credit card information.

4. Data retention & Your GDPR Rights

We retain your email address only for as long as necessary to fulfill your request or maintain your active license.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, port, or erase your personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, or have your data completely removed from our records, simply reply to any email we've sent you or contact support at the email below, and we will process your request immediately.
