Every legal form. Every use case. One standard.

Decide which entity form fits a Holding, SPV or Fund in any of 350 jurisdictions - and cite the exact law behind every answer. (A reference matrix of entity form types, not a registry of individual companies.)

Stop stitching answers from scattered statutes and stale memos. Query the parameters, attach the primary citation, export a clean PDF - all offline, inside your own perimeter.

Don't take our word for it. Download a full working copy with 5 curated jurisdictions - free - one email, no sales call. Same client, same data, same citations. Check the law behind every record yourself, offline, before you pay.

Beyond the form

What it is vs. what it can be.

An entity's legal form is just a container. Can it be used as a Holding Company? Can it act as an SPV or an Investment Fund? We don't just list forms; we map every single vehicle against 16 core corporate use cases, backed by the exact national laws and regulations that permit or restrict its application.

Three load-bearing ideas

Why this holds up in an audit.

Not features. The three commitments that make the data trustworthy enough to put in front of a regulator.

01 / EXACT CITATIONS

Fully verifiable data

You don't have to take our word for it. Every single attribute points directly to the active national or sub-national law, complete with exact text excerpts. Everything is auditable and continuously updated.

02 / WE STATE THE LAW, OR WE STATE ITS SILENCE

Confidence on every record

Every record is verified against primary law. If a value can't be cited to a statute or registry, it isn't in the database. Where the law is silent, we say so - "not specified in law" - and that's a verified fact too, not a guess.

03 / LIVING DATASET

Quarterly Master-Releases + Critical Ad-Hoc Alerts

Forms change - BVI 2025, CN 2024. The matrix is updated via quarterly master-releases and critical off-schedule alerts; you get the deltas, not a frozen export. A changelog records what moved, when, and why.

Methodology & provenance

Where the data comes from.

For this audience, methodology isn't the footer - it's the argument. Here's the sourcing model and what each confidence level means.

Sourcing model

  • PRIMARYNational statutes, international treaties & regulations, and commercial codes - the exact text of the law.
  • REGISTRYOfficial corporate registries and regulator guidance (companies houses, financial authorities).
  • STANDARDISO 20275 (GLEIF) baseline. GLEIF doesn't cover every jurisdiction and may never. For 300+ of them we assign our own stable extended ELF codes - the code is ours, but the legal attributes under it are parsed and cited from primary law exactly like everywhere else. If GLEIF ever adds them, our codes forward-map.

What confidence means

verifiedConfirmed and cited against a primary source and stamped with the precise date of verification. Audit-ready reference data.
Research data, not legal advice. Stratika is a reference dataset for screening and analysis. It does not constitute a legal opinion. Confirm material decisions against primary sources and qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.

FAQ

Common questions

How is the matrix maintained across 350 jurisdictions?

An automated engine continuously monitors official registries and legislative changes across 350 jurisdictions and drafts updates. Every record is then cited to primary law before it enters the database.

How do updates work if the app is offline?

We release regular quarterly snapshots, plus critical off-schedule updates when Tier-1 jurisdictions change. Because the app operates 100% offline for your security, it will never "phone home" to get updates or send your usage data. Instead, you will receive an email notification with a secure link to download the latest version. All updates are included in your 12-month license.

Can we pay via wire transfer / invoice?

Yes. While we offer self-serve credit card checkout via Lemon Squeezy, we fully support corporate wire transfers and manual invoicing. Please contact us to arrange an invoice.

What happens to my data if my license lapses or Stratika stops operating?

You keep what you have. The offline client keeps working - no kill-switch - and Enterprise licensees hold the full dataset (JSON / CSV) outright. If we ever stop, you simply stop receiving updates; nothing you already have disappears.

Is our usage tracked or monitored?

Absolutely not. We built Stratika specifically for teams handling sensitive corporate structuring and KYC queries. A self-contained file you run inside your own perimeter - no backend, no telemetry, zero network calls. Screen entities offline; nothing leaves your machine.

Can I attach exported PDFs to client memos?

Yes. Exports are clean on every license - ready to attach to client advisories and compliance dossiers.

Do you offer a REST API?

Not currently. We provide the Enterprise Matrix as structured, machine-readable JSON/CSV files along with a strict schema dictionary. This allows your internal data engineering teams to ingest the ruleset directly into your proprietary ERP, KYC, or CLM systems without relying on external uptime or exposing your queries to third-party API servers.
